Our Mill-Turn Lathes Ensure Precision Machining of Even the Smallest Parts
At K&S Machining we machine precision parts using three CNC turning centers. The first of these is a Tsugami M08SY II Lathe, the second is a Hyundai-Wia L 160A turning center, and the third is a Lynx 2100/2600 Y-axis horizontal turning center made by DN Solutions. This state-of-the-art equipment provides our team with multi-axis machining capabilities.
The tight precision of our Tsugami, Hyundai-Wia, and DN Solutions lathes plays a vital role in K&S Machining’s ability to produce parts that meet the exact figures supplied in your drawings. Given the efficiency and quality that live tooling provides, our mill-turn lathes allow us to complete jobs rapidly. Additionally, we also have multi-axis CNC Mills and a CNC Router, which are often used in tandem with our lathes to complete Gulf Coast precision machining jobs.
